When you arrive to your appointment please come into Suite 210  and have a seat in my waiting room…

If you need the restroom please feel free to use the keys on the dry erase board,(in Room 210)  there is a key for the hallway door (Enter) sign on it , by the black box with business names on it.. 

If you are sick please call and leave a voice mail or text me 503-380-7753 and cancel your appointment and reschedule…or go online , appointments are non-transferrable, with out my knowledge.
